TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Customer must confirm the commencement date at least 7 days ahead. Change of commencement date after confirmation may lead to additional charges for logistical adjustments and storage. Commencement date can be anytime from 20 Jun 2019 - 31 Dec 2019.
2. Minimum 2 sets of access cards and keys shall be provided before the commencement date. We require full access to the property during the service period to ensure timely delivery.
3. This special package is currently available within Klang Valley only. Delivery is FREE of charge provided that no rescheduling is required by customer.
4. This package is most suitable for units below 1,200 sqft in size. Variation order for additional specs such as kitchen, curtain, air-conditioning or top-up on feature wall painting, lightings required for larger units etc. are possible upon request or at our advice.
5. Cancelled orders will be given a refund of 90% of package value unconditionally, no question asked. No refund will be given for cancellation after the commencement date is confirmed. Refund will be processed within 14 days upon cancellation.
6. Setup period ranges between 2-4 weeks depending on variation orders. Interruption by other activities that are outside our control, for example defect work, may affect work progress.
7. Colour tone and design of feature wall and furniture may be slightly modified at the professional discretion of our designer, based on the existing environment or ambience of the unit. For example, a different side table may be used if the room cannot fit what we offered originally. You are able to specify in your order form if there are any unacceptable specifications that you wish to avoid.
