3. The nightly rate of the selected stay period will be based on the normal rate on www.sleepybearpm.com. Cleaning fees, taxes and other surcharges may be applicable.
4. This promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. During the redemption, if the value of the stays exceeds the value of the promo code, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.
5. The management retains the rights to reject any bookings with promo code that are suspected of high risk to the properties and in violation of our house rules and policies.
6. Standard house rules, booking, cancellation and refund policies apply. A refundable security deposit of RM300 is required upon booking as per booking policy. The unclaimed security deposit deposit will be refunded in full within 7 working days after checkout.
7. A minimum of 3 nights is required for redemption of this promo code.
